About me
Eric is a Technology Commercialization Manager where he manages technology transfer through business contracting vehicles such as licensing agreements, ensuring that these innovations reach their full potential for Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). He also develops and oversees educational programs and partnerships with esteemed organizations such as AFRL, Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE), Sinclair College, Midwest Microelectronics Consortium, and other key entities (both local and national). His leadership in STEM initiatives is driving the development of future innovators and strengthening the collaboration between education and industry. Prior to his career at WBI, Eric had over eighteen years of experience in brand licensing and management, trademark development and compliance, strategic partnerships, and product development in the consumer products industry.
