About me
Ryan Nichols has over 6 years of experience in education, including Higher Education, Education Technology Start Ups, K-12 program development, and direct teaching. He blends systems-thinking, problem solving, and an human-focused approach to meet each student where they are. Ryan designs educational experiences for all age groups. As the Project Manager for the Industrial Training and Assessment Center at Sinclair college he manages K-12 student outreach and a team of student interns focused on energy management, sustainability, and community development. He thrives at the intersection of academia, industry, and government. In the fellowship, Ryan aims to combine his passion for sustainability, STEM and the arts to create a holistic perspective.
